Every four years, schools complete a school review and develop a plan that sets the strategic direction of the school.

A more detailed plan is developed each year, aligned to the goals and targets set out in the strategic plan, called the Annual Implementation Plan or AIP. The implementation of the AIP is closely monitored by our school improvement team and progress is reported back to staff and the school council.

Each year, schools are required to write and publish and Annual Report to the School Community, noting the progress of the school, areas of strength and celebration and areas for development and future focus.
